PK113 Folding Knife Tanto

The tanto blade shape originally appeared in Japan during the samurai era and means “short sword” in translation. Tanto is a national Japanese combat knife. Nowadays, the tanto blade shape is considered a symbol of a tactical combat knife due to the extreme stability of the blade tip.

Over time, the popularity of the tanto grew and in the early 1980s, Cold Steel released the first folding knife with a tanto blade. Now folding tantos are produced by all major knife manufacturers. Folding modifications are convenient to use as knives for every day (EDC).
The folding Tanto knife has an original steel blade, a strong non-slip handle and a clip for carrying on a belt or pocket.

The knife measures 23 cm in total length, and weighs 135 grams. The blade is made from high-quality steel that will withstand regular use.
